Aircraft Dispatch Academy has been approved by the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services as an eligible training provider (ETPL) as part of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Trade Act Assistance (TAA) programs. If you are a resident of any of the following States:
You may be eligible for assistance to pay for tuition and training related expenses to attend our School. Click on the State for which you are a resident for more information.
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federally funded program that provides supportive and training services to eligible customers. WIOA is administered by the Department of Workforce Services, Vocational Rehabilitation and Adult Education. WIOA serves:
The TAA program assists US workers who have lost their jobs as a result of foreign trade, and provides trade-affected workers with opportunities to obtain the skills, resources, and support they need to become reemployed. Trade Act Overview (PDF). TAA offers a variety of benefits and services to support workers seeking reemployment including job training, income support, job search and relocation allowances.
"ETPL" stands for Eligible Training Provider List. Each state produces an ETPL list of approved schools and training providers within their state that eligible residents may attend while receiving assistance from the WIOA and TAA programs. Some States have reciprocal agreements with other States to allow their residents to attend an "out of state" school or training provider. This means that although our School has been approved through the State of Utah, you do not necessarily have to be a Utah resident to receive assistance. Utah currently has reciprocal agreements with the States listed above.
